Also ... what is the rules on creating something simular to Mana from Mana Khemia or an Item, Weapon, Pet with an ability?

Also Technique and Element wise. Can I make one up [Technique and Element], as long as it's at Apprentice level str?

How many Tech. total can be made or is it only one?

One last question. What Abilities are considered to high for a starting Character?

1. Yes. Though it is normally used as a brief overview of your character.
2. Free Reign there, it is up to the first staff member that sees it if it is acceptable and approvable. Or, an Administrator if creating something of a larger change.
3. Yes, Of Course. You can make up stronger ones too, just not know them from the start.
4. As many as you want to make.
5. It varies from person to person, but generally, Beginner Level is an example of Katara at the very beggining of the series.

OK ... since Prana Bending is a no go. What elements can I use to start out with a Life Bender [or eventually create one]? I want a Monk character that uses his Chi, to attack / manipulate vitality, and Chi.

Would that be Fire, Air, what ? And is Recharge, or Drain, and the Bending Created Acupressure Needles something that is allowable with any of the main elements? Or is there a custom one made that I can ask about using?

You are thinking of Energy Bending which a cannon bending art in the show that is only usable by the Avatar himself in order to manipulate, absorb, or give chi.

That's what I was thinking of. So non-Canon, or Site Canon ... that'd be High-Lord / Titan / Godly? Or is it one of those things that there is no way that anyone is getting that?

Because that'd be an awesome Bending to have.
