Hey. First i'd like to say that it is not at all my intentions to insult or put down anyone or any work on this site that has been done. I am here as a long time experienced site manager, who currently possess and runs second largest [by about 200 registered users], and most active Naruto RPG in the -WORLD- [Best part about the internet, I can say that.].

My advice is strictly for productive use and purposes only, all opinions are welcome so long as they are not negatively stated.

Site appearance: The site is.. well, it needs a bit lightening up. The backround flames there, those are hideous. The banner looks stretched and inadequate. You could use a little more animation, find some better pictures for buttons and such, make it a wee bit more interesting. The Who is online and welcome are very nice, and do match the banner, however that banner is simply poorly done. The Side bar is alright, and the colors themselves aren't bad, but there needs to be some remodeling.

You need better staff. I went down the list and there are completed applications that aren't approved, I see no storyline events, nothing to motivate RPers. There is NEVER Anyone on in the chatbox, I know this because I sit online nearly ALL DAY LONG. The 99 Hours thing at the bottom there, that needs to turn in to a number recognizable by most people. Perhaps, 72 hours? Since you are trying to stretch the appearance of activity.

There is a lot you can do. I feel like you're not trying, having sat on here for 2 days straight. O.o

x.x Some of us are busy in real life, such as me. Pursuing a sports career, attempting higher grades, and then I have to moderate sites like this. If this is the Todd i'm thinking of, the one that made Ingoo and screwed Onegoo into the ground like dirt, then you can't talk. But still, thanks for the advice, we'll follow it, and if it doesn't do any good, well I guess thats life.

I agree with Sora. Most of us are busy in real life. Now that it's summer I've had a lot of things to do, including my Kendo classes, Kendo practice, trying to learn French by myself, memorizing Science books, and helping my friend run his site... oh! And running my own site!

Now, I'm not a staff member, but I'm sure I speak for most people here when I say this: THIS ISN'T INGOO! You may run the second most popular Naruto site on the web, but this is the most popular Avatar site on the Web... no wait. To use your own phrasing, the most popular Avatar RPG in the -WORLD-!

Also, One of the interesting parts about the forum appearance is the technicality. I like the blue colors, and the computer-geekiness of the navbar is one of the things that makes the site cool. The flames in the background? who cares if they look "bad"? It's blocked by a huge forum center.

Oh, and animation? It may look professional, but it the end it just lags. (:

Lain made good points, but I believe I slightly agree on the background. You guys should not take up for the site so much, I honestly believe Todd is just giving constructional criticism. That criticism is nicely put and I plan to enact his advice. A staff revamp and slight graphics revamp is in order.

So I thank Roxas for listning to him.
I don't mind the fact that you all have real life. Me all do, but I looked at the list a Mods And Admins. I think you should expand a bit. A bigger staff.
Put up some trial runs for people who are intrestead.

Hmm I would like to say something.

Its not about how the site looks, its about how people act on it.I don't think it would make any difference if we do change the look.. When i join the site I usually check the activity of the site before anything. Ehh Judging us won't make nothing better, we have lives and stuff. I have to admit I wasn't really active for the past few days but still, I tried my hardest too check alot of the apps when i can. I am currently working on a banner for this site D: so just chill for a while. I agree on what Lain said, This is the only Avatar rpg that can actually past 600 members+. Also Lain is right about the Animation. Making the site lag will most likely drive people insane D:. Also there was people on the Chatbox. It was pretty active yesterday and the day before.

Then we are onto the next issue.
Mabye some events.... Though I did see that some fire lord was trying to take over somewhere. I think.

Right now its, "Fill up the open Leader spots" before we can start anything.

Can I apply for one.
What are they?

I will be making a list soon, mind holding up.

I like the fire in the background; Makes it look spiritual in some aspects. Appearance isn't one of the things Ingoo can say much about either.. It looks bland in my opinion.

I don't mind the fires but the banner needs a re-run.
If theres one thing I never considered Avatar it's spiritual.
The better a site looks the more people its going to attract. Thats a fact of nature.
